Joern-Carlos Kuntze is a Partner with Oliver Wyman based out of the Dubai office and is leading the Middle East Public sector practice. Mr. Kuntze has specialized in strategy planning and execution, organizational and operating model design as well as large scale transformation and change management programs. Mr. Kuntze has been advising Ministries, Executive Authorities/Councils, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Energy Holdings and National Oil Companies. Besides being a frequent speaker on topics related to Strategy Planning and Change Management in the Middle East, Mr. Kuntze has authored and co-authored numerous print publications including the book “Building and managing successful business in the Middle East”. Mr. Kuntze holds an M.B.A. from the London Business School/ Columbia University.
